Question: am aware of the fact that Aqa Sistani does not allow marriage (permanent or temporary) with a non independent and virgin girl without the consent of Wali (father/grandfather) of the girl however i heard that this is not a fatwa by Aqa and is just his opinion based of ETIYAAT E WAJIB and as we all now if it is "Etiyaat" then we can certainly refer to another Marja for that ruling. Now, i need to know the following based on above facts: 1-Whether if above statememt is true or not that this is not a fatwa by Aqs Sistani and is based on Ehtiyaat e wajib only? 2-Once if it is proved that point number 1 is valid then i will ask further questions to take this conversation to the next level but if it is confirmed that Aqa has his own fatwa on this and not opinion based on EHTIYAAT then this conversation will end right here.
